1.Request a copy of your credit report from all three credit bureaus from www.annualcreditreport.com

2. When making your credit card payments, please pay them on time and pay more than the min.

3. Keep your credit card account open, do not close them, because this could have a negative effect.

4. Please do not open multiple accounts at one time - may appear that you are incurring too much debt.

5. Pay off any credit cards that have a high interest rate.

6. Try to pay more than the minimum amount due if you can to reduce your credit card debt

7. Seek the help of a professional orgranization that can help you improve your credit ratings

8. Make sure you do not have to many credit card accounts that are open at one time.

9. If you have a good credit score that does not mean you have to open new accounts.

10. Avoid being billed for late fees - try not to miss your payment due date.
